A beautiful heart will bring all the things into your life that money cannot buy 🙌🏻 • • As it’s #worldmentalhealthday it’s important to remember that your mental health is just as important as your physical health. I thought having a second child I would be more relaxed but I actually started being more anxious about everything and worrying, to the point where I didn’t want to leave the house. Being on maternity leave I thought it would be all play dates and ladies that lunch but in all reality it was very lonely and blogging really saved me from going into severe depression. Now I’m back at work I’m feeling so much happier, I’m a people person and need people around me. Self care is important and I’m working on me for me! We are about to book our first family holiday for next year and I cannot wait. We work so hard and holidays are what we live for! Question is where do we head to? We want somewhere within 5 hours on a flight, lots for kids to do and warm end of May/June.
